Absolutely amazing service! We thought we had lost our old girl Sammy! But thanks to the amazing work carried out by Michelle in emergency, then by Sophie and Shelly, Sammy got to come home with us. All staff were professional, thorough and cared for Sammy like she was their own dog. Through a stressful and terrifying ordeal Sammy was treated like the queen she is, and was given individual attention, time and care. Thank you all for going above and beyond and caring for our girls physical and emotional health.

Very professional, compassionate and beautiful caring team. I highly recommend this practice, they were exceptional, and helped me during a very traumatic time .as i had to urgently have my beautiful elderly dog euthanised. The Vet, Nurses and all the staff were so kind and caring. I thank you all so very much. They sent a lovely sympathy card which was so thoughtful and comforting.

We're so lucky to live nearby this place. The customer service is absolutely impeccable! Everybody there is very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Christopher Lam diagnosed and helped my cat with rare heart disease. VSS and Cat specialists next door will make you feel comfortable, and they will answer all questions without leaving you all stressed out. They kept me updated about all situations, even in the middle of the night. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you to all the team.

They were able to do the work I needed done to my pet when multiple vets said amputation is required. The level of knowledge from the staff and the professionalism from the staff was great. Although they were upfront with the cost to perform the surgery what was not mentioned but definitely should have been discussed more was the costs relating to the after care. The surgery that was done meant x-rays will be needed to confirm that the operation was a success. These extra x-rays were not included in the surgical costs and therefore were quite a bit extra on-top. This was compounded by the bandage changes every week along with medication. ~$160 just to remove a bandage. I understand you have to charge for what you do and I don't have a problem with that but when you know you need to do x-rays later down the line to check for success then you should also include that in the original cost. A 7k$ operation turns to 9k or possibly 10k before you know it.

Amazing - Dr Wendy Archipow is a brilliant surgeon, and Dr Sophie Wyatt is very knowledgeable. It is never easy when your beloved pet has a difficult diagnosis, but they do not give up. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, my lovely dog Lady's ailment is being treated. I have full confidence in them. I would recommend in a heartbeat. PS the reception staff are amazing - so kind, empathetic and helpful.
